Marriage Register 1834, Page 26 Know all Men by these Presents, That we Hiram WALLINGFORD and John MORRIS are held and firmly bound unto "the Commonwealth of Kentucky," in the penal sum of fifty pounds, current money, for the payment of which, well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors or administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents; sealed with our seals, and dated 28th day of April 1834. The condition of the above obligation is such, that whereas, a marriage is intended to be had and solemnized between the said Hiram WALLINGFORD and Miss Hannah Ann MORRIS: Now, if there is no legal cause to obstruct the same, then the above obligation to be void, else to remain in full force and virtue.
