M., Wednesday, September 26, 2007 at St. Theresa's Catholic Church in Sugar Land with Father Roy Oggero officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Park Westheimer in Houston. Visitation will be held from 6:00 P. M. until 8:00 P. M., with a Rosary being recited at 7:00 P. M., Tuesday, September 25, 2007 at Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Chapel in Rosenberg. Wyn was born May 20, 1928 in Sugar Land to Robert Maurice Laperouse and Nona Rebecca Seal Laperouse. She passed away September 22, 2007 at Memorial Hermann Hospital in Sugar Land. She was a devoted grandparent to 15 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren, a wonderful cook, artist, fisherwoman, Theresians and never met a stranger. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Nona Laperouse; sons, Paul Donley Wappler and Edward Lee Roberts; and brother, Robert Allen Laperouse. She is survived her devoted husband of 35 years, Robert "Bob" Roberts, whom she married in 1971. She is also survived by her sons, Mike Wappler of Rockport, Gregory Wappler and wife, Sydney, of Clear Lake, Christopher Wappler of Conroe, Gary Wayne Roberts of Kemah and Robert Glenn Roberts of Houston; daughters, Mary Titel and husband, Allen, of Richmond, Marilyn Tannen and husband, Dave, of Las Vegas, Nevada, Beth Ann Wappler of Sugar Land; sister, Gloria Ann "Tuggie" Krehmeier and husband, Bill, of Sugar Land; 15 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; along with other relatives and friends.
