He is survived by his wife, Deloris (Ogg) Lay of Jonestown; daughters, Tracy Watson and husband Michael of Cedar Park; Patricia Cruz and husband Cris of Leander; grandchildren, Travis Taylor, Angie Watson, Loren Watson, Alyssa Watson, and Simon Cruz. Also surviving are brothers, Robert D. Lay, Jr. and wife Dru, Garry W. Lay, Sr., Henry Williams and wife Sonya; sister, Carol Yelverton and husband Lenord, Theresa Reid, and Claudia Goodson; and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sunday, July 15, 2012 at Beck Funeral Home, Cedar Park, Texas. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 16, 2012 at Beck Funeral Home, Cedar Park, Texas. Burial will immediately follow in Bagdad Cemetery, Leander, Texas.
