She was born in Rosenberg Texas on May 23, 1944 to Walter and Millie Schultz. They moved to Sinton Texas when she was a child. She is preceded in death by her parents. Mary Frances is survived by her husband Thomas W. Baxter, her daughter, Rebecca Lynn Fuller and husband Alvey, son Michael Lee Anderson and wife Windy, grandchildren Garrett Fuller, Morgan Fuller, Sarah Anderson, Jordan Anderson and Brittney Fuller Laister, sister Frankie Marie Smith and husband Monte and numerous nieces and nephews. The family is thankful for her dear friend and caretaker Sandra Webb. A memorial service will be held on Sunday July 3rd, 1:00 pm at 14707 Mills Park Lane, Cypress TX 77429. Mrs. Mary Frances Anderson Baxter, 72, passed away Saturday June 11, 2016 in Cypress Texas after a courageous battle with Parkinson's. She was born in Rosenberg Texas on May 23, 1944 to Walter and Millie Schultz. They moved to Sinton Texas when she was a child.

She is preceded in death by her parents. Mary Frances is survived by her husband Thomas W.
