from http://blazinbeth98.typepad.com/blog/2010/09/ethan-wayne-hendricks-1.html Ethan Wayne Hendricks Today I am blogging about my dear friend, Ethan Wayne Hendricks, because he died last month in Aug. 9, 2010, in a head-on coulisioun with a 2009 Chevy. truck. All we know about his car is that it was small and old. It was told by Ethan's girlfriend that he was leaving her house when the insudent happened. Along with her house, just being a few miles from the crash site. He was just coming up to the crest of the top of a hill on a dirt road when he was across the invisible line of the road. While at the same time the a truck was on the other side of the hill. Ethan was just barley driving on top of the hill when the truck hit him head on and overturned on to Ethan's car crushing his whole left side. Ethan was only a nineteen year old man at the time of his death. Friends and family think he was takin' by the Lord above so early because he had already done a perpouse on his earth. He was a great young man so giving as well. He had over one-thousand facebook posts on his wall after his death. The posts were songs and goodbye notes to Ethan just so people could feel as though they were still talking to Ethan. Wayne Hendricks, was the dad and homeschool teacher of Ethan, he has read all the facebook post from his friends and family. The posts are still going one today. I am a friend of Ethan's, and we were very close so I went to his wall and told him how much I miss him and how it didn't seem fair that he was gone and also that my best memory of him was his arms wide open yelling my name and I would go run and jump into his arms. Many people go through life wondering if they made an impact. But if he can here all of the words we say or see all the posts he would know he made such a fantastic impact in just nineteen years. |
