Life Legacy Julie Ann Halbison was born on September 25, 1947, in Houston, Texas, to Jack & Joan Hafer. She was a longtime resident of Katy, where she was a member of St. Bartholomew Catholic Church. Julie passed away at her home in Katy, on Sunday, June 10, 2012, at the age of 64 years. She is survived by her sons, Jason Allen Halbison and his wife Linda Jean, and Josh David Halbison and his wife Julie Louise; grandsons, Jeremy and Jake Halbison; father, Jack Hafer; sisters, Linda Heaner and her husband John, and Karen Erickson and her husband Paul; nieces and nephews, Andrea Nguyen and her husband Tan, Johnny and Mark Heaner, Travis Garrett, and Stephen Garrett; great niece and nephew, Tanner and Abigail Nguyen, and Tyler Mills and Ramsey Mills. She was preceded in death by her son, Jeremy Wade Halbison; and her mother, Joan Hafer. Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 13, 2012, at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church, in Katy, with Rev. Desmond Daniels, Celebrant.
