Dr. William Talley wrote an article on the Warings that was published in 1973 in The Kentucky Genealogist, Vol 15, #4. The article consists of transcriptions of Bible and other family records that were in the possession of Joseph Waring of Garrison, KY. This source gave the birth date and location for Richard, but said that the marriage to Mary was in Vanceburg, Lewis County, Kentucky. |
