Death	Shared note Death date comes from a handwritten note made by Beryl Taylor Andersen-Jarlov in some family history writings.
Shared note	In late 1952, Phyllis Taylor initiated court action against Peter Swift, claiming that he had kept money (740 pounds) she had given him to keep in trust. Peter Swift ultimately filed a defense, saying it was not true. She provided diary notes to back up her claim. Though there is no resolution indicated in the court papers, it might be assumed that Peter Swift eventually paid the money to Phyllis Taylor.
Shared note	Peter Swift said that he lived in Rotorua from 10 October 1946 until 31 December 1947 according to a statement in his defense of a claim from Phyllis Taylor.
